Creating a Job (Group)


Before browsing a web site with yLeaf, the purpose in viewing the site (work, hobby, etc.) must be registered as a group.
In this example, we will create a group called "Hobby."
Tap the "+" button at the upper right of the group list screen.



Tap the "Add Group" button.



Enter "Hobby" as the group name, and tap the OK button.



The "Hobby" group has been created.



Viewing a Web Site

Tap the created "Hobby" group in the group list.



The Hobby group will open, and the home page (google by default) will be displayed.



Applying a Web Site to a Group

After you have opened a target site, let's apply it to a group.
By applying it to a group, whenever you open the group in the future, the site will automatically be displayed.
Tap the action button at the top right of the web screen.



Tap the "Apply group" button.



In the confirmation window, tap the "Apply" button.



The currently displayed site has been applied to the group.



Memo:
You can apply a site to a group without opening the menu by performing a quick triple-tap on any area of the page other than a link.

Adding a Page to a Group

Multiple sites can be registered in a group.
Since only one page is provided initially, let's add a page.
Tap the action button at the top right of the web screen.



Tap the "Add page" button.



The page will be added, and the view will switch to the new page.
You can switch pages at any time using the tabs at the bottom of the screen.




You can add a page without opening the menu by tapping the screen with three fingers at the same time.

Organizing Pages

You can organize pages when you want to reorder pages, or delete unwanted pages.
Tap the action button at the top right of the web screen.



Tap the "Organize page" button.



The page organization screen will open, and a list of pages in the group will be displayed.
You can delete a page by tapping the delete icon to the left of an item in the list.
To reorder pages, drag the move icon to the right of an item.



Entering a URL to Open a Web Site

To directly enter a URL and open a web site, tap the action button at the top right of the web screen.



Tap the "Open URL" button.



Enter the URL, and tap the OK button.



The entered URL will open.

If an incorrect URL or nonexistent URL has been entered, the view will automatically switch to a google search.

Adding a Bookmark

Just like ordinary web browsers, yLeaf also supports saving bookmarks for sites.
To save a bookmark for the currently displayed site, tap the action button at the top right of the web screen.



Tap the "Bookmarks" button.



Enter the title, and tap the OK button.
*By default, the title input field is set to the name obtained from the site. If you don't need to change it, simply tap the OK button without changing the value.



The currently displayed site will be added to your bookmarks.



Opening a Bookmarked Site

To open a site from a saved bookmark, tap the bookmarks button at the top right of the web screen.



On the bookmarks list, tap the item you want to open.

Tap the Edit button at the top right of the bookmarks screen to reorder or delete bookmarks.



Using an Application Integration Function

You can send a site URL via email, or post it on Twitter or Facebook.
To use an application integration function, tap the action button at the top right of the web screen.



Tap the "Other" button.



Available application integration buttons will be displayed. Tap the button for the function you want to use.
*The displayed buttons will vary according to execution environment.



Creating a Folder

Create folders to improve the organization of your groups.
To create a folder, tap the "+" button at the top right of the group list screen.



Tap the "Add Folder" button.



Enter the folder name, and tap the OK button.Enter the folder name, and tap the OK button.



The folder will be created.



Moving an Item into a Folder

Organize groups and other folders by moving them into folders you have created.
To move an item into a folder, tap the action button of the item you wish to move.



Tap the "Move Folder" button.



The destination folder selection screen will be displayed.
The highlighted folder is the folder where the item is currently stored.
(In the sample image, the "Root(Top)" folder is highlighted.)
Tap the destination folder.



The item will be moved into the destination folder.



Displaying the Contents of a Folder

When yLeaf is launched, the top list (root folder) is displayed.
To display the list of contents for a folder you have created, tap the folder item.



The display will switch to a list of the contents of the tapped folder.



Changing an Item Name

The names of groups and folders can be changed.
To change the name of an item, tap the action button for the item you wish to change.



Tap the "Naming" button.



Enter the new name, and tap the OK button.



The name will be changed.



Setting a Password

You can set a password on a group or folder to protect access to it.
To set a password, tap the action button for the item you wish to change.



Tap the "Set pass" button.



Enter the password you wish to set, and tap the OK button.
*If a password has already been set, the password authentication screen will be displayed first. Set your new password after authentication has been completed.



Changing the Theme

You can select a global theme color for yLeaf.
To change the theme, tap the settings button at the bottom right of the group list screen.



In the Design section, tap "Theme".



Choose your preferred color from the color picker screen.




Changing the theme will not immediately change the color of the status bar.
To make the status bar color match the theme, please restart yLeaf.

Changing the Home Page

You can change the home page that will be initially loaded when you have added a page.
To change the home page, tap the settings button at the bottom right of the group list screen.



In the Browser section, tap the "Edit" button in the Home Page item.



Enter the new home page URL, and tap the OK button.
